C1 Energy (Shanghai) – Sep 3, 2010 ---PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical scheduled to refine 700,000mt of crude oil in September, flat with one month earlier, a refinery source told C1.
The source also revealed the refinery's 6-mil-mt/yr old crude distillate unit was still idled, without an exact date for resumption.
Dushanzi Petrochemical's operation rate stayed at a historical high of around 86% currently, C1 calculated.
Dushanzi Petrochemical, located in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, has a topping capacity of 16-mil mt per year. The refinery is the terminal of the Sino-Kazakhstan Crude Pipeline.
