China reduces jet supply to international flight by 62% to 188,600mt in Jan: GAC

C1 Energy (Shanghai) – Mar 11, 2010 ---China supplied 188,641mt of jet to international flight in January, accounting for 36% of its total jet exports in the month, down 62% on month, showed data from the General Administration of Customs. The notable decline could be attributable to slack overseas travel season in the period, market sources denoted.
China exported 204,937mt of jet under processing trade in January, most of which were destined for Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam and Singapore, according to the GAC data. Meanwhile, China re-exported 136,875mt of jet from bonded tank farms in South China's Zhuhai City, the data also indicated.
